Can a visitor delete or disable personally identifiable information collected by a site?

We provide a mechanism for deleting / disabling personally identifiable information from the site’s database by contacting visitors and Authorized customers. However, due to backup and deletion records, it may be impossible to delete a viewer’s access without having some residual information. Anyone who requests to disable personally identifiable information will be effectively deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.
